I understand that these events are post season events and will commit to attend and all additional costs associated with these post season events as outlined in the parent handbook. Failure to attend will result in negatively impacting my standing with Surge Volleyball Club and I must submit a $500 team commitment fee by January 1st, 2025.I AGREE I AGREE TO PLAY ON A BLACK TEAM We truly appreciate the time and effort you and your team put into considering my child for a Surge team.
