Summer Workouts

New this summer, 8 weeks of workouts! Get in shape this summer with our summer workouts. Surge is offering summer workout sessions with instruction and assistance to help you reach your fitness goal. Strength training or resistance trainingĀ involves the performance of physical exercises that are designed to improve strength and endurance. Whether to improve strength on or off the court, we want to help improve the overall fitness of athletes young and old.

– Learn proper techniques in weight training
– Increase your speed, vertical and explosive power
– Customized weight training for your goals
– Workout instructor to push through tough trainings
– Small group training available

Dates: May 22nd to July 28th
Times: Scheduled on an individual basis
