Meet our Club Director, Ron – a husband, father, and decorated Army veteran who also happens to be a volleyball skills pro! With over 2 decades of coaching experience and an impressive 78 teams coached from junior to a men’s Pro volleyball team, Ron is a true expert in the sport. He has worked with players of all levels, from grade school to professional athletes, and has helped many of them reach their full potential and play at the highest levels of competition.

Ron’s most recent achievement was leading his Surge Boys 18 Black team to a Bronze medal at the 2024 Boys Junior National Championship. His passion for the game and commitment to his players make him the perfect coach to help you elevate your volleyball skills.
