2023 Surge Fall Leagues – Surge Volleyball Club

Surge Volleyball Club is offering a fall league for two different age groups beginning September 5th. Our leagues are a way to introduce our sport to our younger athletes before they become engulfed in other sports and players who may not have the opportunity to play through middle school or high school. Our coaching staff will be on-hand to run skill specific drills teaching the fundamentals and skills it takes to become a good volleyball player.

Registration closes @ 5:00 pm August 31st, 2023!

Our League mission: “To offer opportunity when opportunity is not normally available, another way to coach for the kids.”

Registration fee of $195 must be paid at least one day before the first practice in order for athlete to participate. All fees are non-refundable. Payment can be made by check made payable to “Surge Volleyball”, Cash, Venmo @SurgeVBC ^(*4904), Registration is not complete until registration fee is made.

Junior League

Pre-K to 6th Grade- Lots of touches, lots of laughs, lots of love for the game. Our Junior league will be focused on our youngest players just starting school up to 6th grade. We will use a variety of techniques and props to make this a fun and memorable experience while focusing on basics and introducing the love of the game.

Junior League

Start Date: Sept 7th, 2023
End Date: Oct 19th
6 week league
Days: Mondays & Thursdays
Times: 6:00 to 7:30 pm (time based on number of signups)
Leagues will meet twice a week (additional days will be added as necessary if league grows)
Junior league practice 30 mins match play follows for 60 mins
Registration fee: $195/player

60 minutes of practice and 30 minutes of match style play
Location: 110 W Arch St Fleetwood

Prep League

7th to 10th Grade League (Girls only) – A little more energy, a little more coordination, and still a lot of fun. Reps and technique will be our focus with 3 weeks of practices and introducing the fundamentals. Once we get into the 4th week, teams will be selected among our players and it will be all match play with one or two matches scheduled each week (days will remain the same).

Prep League

Start Date: Sept 5th, 2023
End Date: Oct 17th
6 week league
Days: Sundays & Tuesdays
Times: Sunday 11:00 am to 12:30 pm & Tuesday 6:00 to 7:30 pm (time based on number of signups)
Leagues will meet twice a week (additional days will be added as necessary if league grows)
Prep league practice 1st 3 weeks with match play for remaining 5 weeks
Registration fee: $195/player

3 weeks of practices; as equal teams as we can come up with will be created during week 3 with matches played week 4 to 6.
