Get in shape this summer with our summer workouts. Surge is offering summer workout & agility sessions with instruction and assistance to help you reach your fitness goal. Strength training or resistance training involves the performance of physical exercises that are designed to improve strength and endurance. Whether to improve strength on or off the court, we want to help improve the overall fitness of athletes young and old.

– Learn proper techniques in weight training
– Increase your speed, vertical and explosive power
– Customized weight training for your goals
– Workout instructor to push through tough trainings
– Workouts are in Small group training environments based on age and fitness level
