- I must submit the Non Refundable Tryout Fee by Venmo or Mail $50 (non refundable) check to the address on our website, check payable to “Surge Volleyball”.
- Check must be received to confirm registration prior to the first tryout date. Otherwise a $90 (non refundable)
- Walk-in tryout fee will be collected at the door if fee is not received 24hours before scheduled tryout.

You will need to bring the following to tryouts:
